An Unexamined Practice — Is it worth it? Engage hip & shoulders
≤30 min. Socrates felt that and unexamined life is not worth living, which made me wonder - is an unexamined yoga practice work doing? If we are not alert and examining our form, alignment, tone, engagement, and attitude, it's not worth it -- we find ourselves injured, muscularly and psychologically unengaged. That is not a practice. Let's spend time on the mat wherein we are able to learn more about the poses, our body, and our mind.
