Can’t balance? Learn how to hug the midline for stability

≤45 min. Balance requires us to engage fully and draw the legs and arms toward the midline of the body. This practice is inspired by Kim, who works on balance in her yoga practice continuously. In this exploration you will start standing and first work on balance in closed hip, two leg poses before exploring one leg poses. Have a block or rolled towel to draw the inner thighs in toward each other and feel the engagement of the instruction "hugging the midline". This easy flowing sequence accesses balance as well as open hip poses to move toward garudasana. Rita's website: Anusara yoga website: #fulcrumblu
