≤30 min. Yoga offers a variety of poses to elongate tight hip flexors. Learn more about your hip flexors through pelvic movements such as cat/cow and lunge variations. You will likely find props such as a strap, blocks, and a blanket or towel useful as go through poses to lengthen your hip flexors including the iliacus, psoas, and rectus femoris. Poses include high and low lunges, cobra, parsva dhanurasana, and bridge. We end the practice with hip flexion to relax the flexor muscles.
