Low blood pressure– no quick movements – stay close to mat

≤15 min. With low blood pressure you need to manage your practice - low blood pressure may cause dizziness, nausea, blurred vision and a feeling of exhaustion with lots of up and down movements. When you change your pose, blood pressure may drop so do it slowly with no sudden shifts -- get in and out of poses slowly -- don't engage in a fast moving flow style practice.
