The practice is shown with poses done on a yoga mat, yet these can all be done in bed. Whether or not you are a regular yoga practitioner, you will recognize these yoga poses -- even if you are now doing the poses upside down such as cat/cow and bird dog pose. This practice create core stability on the front, side, and back muscles and you will learn how to strengthen the curves for a "neutral" spine.
