≤15 min. Baddha konasana can be very accessible for some of us, but this stretch that stretches the inner thighs and groins and improves circulation is not necessarily accessible to all of us. One of the common misalignments is rounding in the upper back. This short practice focuses on maintaining length in the spine in both seated and supine versions of the pose. You may need a block (or two if your knees are a bit compromised).
