Practice for yoga poses requiring flexibility in the upper chest with focus on 8 point pose

≤30 min. Eight Point Pose often makes us feel like we are going to do a belly flop -- or even worse, a face plant as we come into the pose from a table top position. This yoga practice enables us to open the shoulders first with repetitions of arm movements to open the upper chest and enliven the pec major and minor. With that opening of the upper chest we can take that same movement from standing pose to lunges and other yoga poses including utkatasana.
