Refine your triangle

≤15 min. Rarely a practice goes by that we don't include utthita trikonasana in the sequence. The pose takes the form of three triangles and for many of us the inside triangle offers short - perhaps collapsed side to the triangle. In this short dissection of the pose observe how you can extend the side body to lengthen the legs of the inside triangle and reduce the collapse. Very accessible poses -- a variation of parighasana, a twist in prasarita padottansana, and finally the refinement of alignment for utthita trikonasana.
