Sit correctly for Chair Meditation
≤15 min. If sitting on the floor doesn't work for you, sit on a chair. Not an upholstered chair with plenty of cushion, but a chair that will ensure that you are able to align your spine nicely to stay alert for your meditation. Follow these simple alignment procedures; often you will have to customize the chair to suit your posture; those refinements can usually be addressed through a blanket, pillows, or a beach towel.
