≤15 min. A tennis ball or any ball that will effectively massage your feet will work. Take a few minutes to go through this practice to get a deep massage and create greater stability in balance poses through gaining a broader and stronger foundation of your feet. After rolling the ball underneath your feet and targeting specific areas , you will notice that applying even minimal pressure produces promising results as you practice standing yoga postures such as utkatasana (chair pose) and balance in crescent pose.
