Yoga in bed to stay off your feet

≤15 min. A few years ago I had a request from someone very dear to me -- "could you provide a video of yoga poses for those that need bed rest and to stay off their feet". If you have been told the same, please get your medical provider's ok first to do this practice. In this practice we will start with a simple and accessible way to engage core muscles, We will be on our belly to strengthen back muscles, and then use a strap to engage the legs and stretch hamstrings.
