Start your practice with nadhi shodhana for clarity, then move through Marilyn's favorites - half sun salutations, sphinx, a vasisthasana variation, standing poses (virabhadrasana 2, parsvakonasana, utthita trikonasana and balance in ardha chandrasana (half moon pose). Supine poses like supta padottansana will provide a way to check in and refine your alignment. Creating this yoga practice sequence to honor the birthday of a special friend was so much fun!
