I teach Anusara Yoga—which combines principles of alignment and energetic action in hatha yoga postures with the intention of opening our hearts to the present moment, to “flow with grace.” My lessons are designed to improve your alignment, strength and flexibility… enhance your understanding of yoga philosophy… and rejuvenate your mind, spirit and body.
