Balance on one leg – 10 second health test | Rita Knorr – Fulcrum Blu Yoga

A 12 year study showed that balancing on one leg for 10 seconds is a predictor of mortality, stroke, and has links to dementia. Yoga incorporates balance postures yet this study gives us even more evidence of the importance of balance postures.
