Take the top of throat back for neck and shoulder freedom | Yoga with Rita – Fulcrum Blu

Shoulder loop is initiated at the top of the throat, with energetic movement to the back body. So often this movement is initiated only in the shoulder movement. By starting with the neck adjustment first you will benefit from greater turning radius in the neck and more flexibility in shoulder movements.
